3. Monthly inspection

Perform a comprehensive inspection of the entire conveyor, including key parts such as chains, sprockets, bearing housings, etc.

Check the wear of the gear of the reducer, and replace it in time if the wear is serious.

Check whether the oil quality of the hydraulic system is good, if the oil quality is bad, it should be replaced in time.

Check whether the insulation performance of the electrical system is good, and if there is any problem, it should be dealt with in time.

Clean and maintain the entire conveyor to ensure that the equipment looks clean and tidy.
