◎Main features

※Series tdtg-36 bucket elevators are suitable for vertically transporting grain, oil and other particles or powdery materials. The machine is characterized by stable lifting material, compact structure, small occupation, high lifting height and low power consumption.

 

◎Main structure and working principle

※Main structure: the machine is composed of a nose, a decelerating motor, an intermediate vertical tube, a dustpan, a dustpan band, an inspection tube, a stand and a plate. (see structure diagram for details)

※Does work: from base material inlet into the winnowing pan, through the drive motor to drive the nose in the head, head wheel drive winnowing pan lifting belt and winnowing pan, to head upper part, according to the principle of material of parabola, in the direction of the nose discharging mouth, material tube into the discharging mouth, until the next device, forming a continuous ascending
