※Continuous fluidized bed drier is also called horizontal fluidized bed drier. A certain amount of air is filtered, dehumidified (optional) and heated into the dryer, and the air temperature can be precisely controlled. Wet material is evenly added into the first chamber of the fluidized bed (with harrow dispersing device) through the feeder to fully contact with hot air. The semi-dry product after the first chamber is basically in a loose state, which ensures the fluidization quality of the entire drying process and finally meets the drying requirements of the product. By means of the equipment volume expansion principle, the fine powder in contact with the material can reach the ideal sedimentation rate in the drying room, and the fine powder content of the discharge air can be reduced to the minimum. The waste gas is discharged after the cyclone separator and the cloth bag dust collector are cleaned by the water screen dust collector.
